This work addresses the root causes of how women feel through hormonal transition: hormonal and metabolic shifts, sleep disruption, the mental and emotional toll, and the habits and behaviours built up over years of being told the problem was you.

What it sets out to do:

  • Develop sustainable practices that work with your biology, not against it.
